Silusapho is a registered business providing funeral services to the public nationwide. The company was founded in 2019 but was officially registered in 2020.
Its drive and vision are to break away from funeral service traditional cultures and provide professional family-orientated funeral solutions.
Whilst, cutting costs for the clients to allow them to save and invest in other financial important matters, curbing grocery costs.
The innovative solution had no office facilities but that did not deter the vision, instead, clients were recruited by making appointments including visiting client’s homes daring COVID-19.
Social media played a pivotal role as other leads were generated through different social media platforms and converted into business.
The director surprised many and improved client’s satisfaction when they went as far as depositing premiums for clients.
Moreover, returned client’s bank slips and automates SMS(es) to thank clients for the payments.
This proved to be very important during the Corona Virus pandemic as it affected especially the elderly. The business helped save more lives while covering more lives.
